Returns, Exchanges, Repairs 

 

We want you to be as happy with your purchase as possible. However if for whatever reason you aren’t, we have a 7-day return policy from the date that you receive your product. 

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

We do a though quality check on all orders before sending them out, however mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

RETURNS

  • Please note that certain items such as custom made pieces / specialized oreders, bodysuits, bras and underwear are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • If your return request is granted, you will be reimbursed with the value of the item/s that you have returned minus courier fees. 
  • Please ensure that all returned products are unused and in the same condition as received, tags included.
  • We will arrange a courier to contact you with collection details for the item/s and a waybill will be sent via email.  
  • When we receive the delivery a refund will be issued.
  • Custom made pieces, bodysuits, bras and underwear are not eligible for a return or exchange.

 

If you fail to respond to our emails regarding your return within 48 hours your request will be cancelled, potentially making your request fall outside of the 7 day return period.  

 

Exchanges

  • Please not that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, we will issue you with a store credit to the same value of your item once we have received and inspected your returned item/s. 
  • Your store credit amount will be the value of the item you purchased minus courier fees.
  • We will pay the courier fees for one exchange or return, if the address is withing a main centre within South Africa. If you are based in an outlying area this will be for your account. 
  • If a second exchange is needed courier fees will be for your account.

Refunds

  • Refunds may be requested in the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty
  • Refunds will be paid into the account from which your purchase has been made. 
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been confirmed.
  • Refunds will reflect within 7- 14 working days.

 

Repairs

  • If your Meg Taljaard item breaks on account of a manufacturing issue e.g. stitches unravel, zip breaks, closure breaks or falls off within 6 months of you having purchasing it, we will fix it free of charge.
